School Picnic on Friday, 30th October 2026

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the day!
This is to inform you that the school picnic to Anandam Agro Tourism is scheduled for Friday, 30th October 2026, for students of LKG, UKG, Grade I A, Grade I B, Grade II A, and Grade II B.
Kindly take note of the following important information:
1. Reporting Time: Students participating in the picnic must report to school at 8:30 a.m.
2. Dispersal Time: Students participating in the picnic will be dispersed from school at 4:00 p.m.
3. Consent Form: The picnic consent form has been sent along with the students. Parents are requested to fill in and submit the duly signed consent form. Students will not be permitted to join the picnic without a duly signed consent form.
4. Nursery Students: There will be a holiday for Nursery students, as the picnic is organised only for LKG to Grade II.
5. Non-Participating Students: Students from the above-mentioned picnic classes who are not participating in the picnic will have a holiday on 30th October 2026.
6. Grades III to VII:Regular school will function as usual from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Parents are requested to take note of the above information and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
