MID-TERM EXAMINATION- Instructions

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the day!
This is to inform you that the school will function as per the regular school schedule on 28th, 29th and 30th September 2026.
The Mid-Term Examinations will commence from 1st October 2026. Parents are requested to take note of the examination timings and ensure that their ward is well-prepared and reaches school on time.
Examination Timings
Pre-Primary: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Primary: 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Examination Instructions:-
1)Students must report to school on time and attend the examination in the prescribed school uniform.
2)Students must bring a transparent writing pad and a transparent stationery pouch for the examination.
3)Students should carry all the necessary stationery items required for writing the examination.
4)Students are advised to carry extra pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, etc., as required.
5)Students must bring the books/notebooks required for revision for the next day's examination, as instructed by the respective subject teachers.
6)Students should revise the syllabus thoroughly and come well-prepared for each examination.
7)Students must maintain silence and discipline in the examination hall and strictly follow the instructions given by the invigilator.
8)Students should read the question paper carefully before beginning the examination and manage their time effectively.
Note: The re-examination will not be conducted.
Students are expected to maintain proper decorum and academic honesty throughout the examination.
Parents are requested to support and encourage their children to remain calm, confident, and focused during the examination period.
We request your kind cooperation in ensuring that the students follow all the above instructions and appear for their examinations with proper preparation.
