Important: Update Parent Photograph on Edunext Portal

Greetings Of the Day!
Kindly note that you can now update the parent photograph on the Edunext (ERP) portal by logging in through the web portal. The updated photograph will be reflected on the Digital Escort Card as well as in the Parent Profile. These photographs will also be used for Student ID Cards.
Please follow the steps below to update the photograph:
- Log in to your child’s profile through the web portal.
- On the dashboard, click on the “Request” option (second last option).
- A new page will appear. Go to Profile Update and click on “Add Request” on the right-hand side.
- Select the request type “Parent Photo Update” and enter the reason for changing the photograph.
- Scroll down to find the photograph upload option.
- Upload a clear and recent passport-size photograph only.
- Tick the declaration box and click on “Submit.”
- Once submitted, the request will be sent to the school for approval.
- After approval, the updated photograph will be visible in your child’s profile and on the Digital Escort Card.
- In case of any difficulty, you may visit the school for assistance.
We request all parents to complete this process at the earliest to ensure accurate records and smooth implementation of the Digital Escort Card system.
