Important: Update Guardian Details on the Edunext Portal (Digital Escort Card)

Dear Parents,

Greetings!

Kindly note that you can now update the Guardian Details on the Edunext (ERP) portal through both the web portal and the mobile app.

Please follow the steps below to update the details:

1. Open the Edunext App.
2. Go to the All Menu section.
3. Under Parent’s Corner, click on the Attender option.
4. On the right-hand side, click on the + Add button.

1. A new screen will appear. Please fill in all the required details:
   • Photo
   • Name
   • Mobile Number
   • Email ID
   • Relation

1. Click on Proceed to submit the details.

Once completed, the details will be updated under the Attender section and will serve as a Digital Escort Card.

We request all parents to complete this process at the earliest.
