For the preparation of your child's School ID Card, kindly submit the following documents at the earliest:
📌 Child’s Birth Certificate (Original) – For Nursery to Grade 1 only
📌 Aadhaar Card (Child & Both Parents)
📌 Passport-size Photographs (3 copies each of Child & Both Parents)
📌 Transfer Certificate (Original TC) – For Grades 2 to 7
📌 Previous School Report Card – For Grades 2 to 7
📌 Address Proof
📌 Child’s Blood Group Details
📌 Father’s Email ID & Mobile Number
📌 Mother’s Email ID & Mobile Number
